Should I use shortened URL's or other rotators in my geo rotator?

No you shouldn't, if you want to tap in to the full power of Joe Geo and use the limiters then you should always use the proper full URL's here. if you have site AAA (shortened URL or in another company's rotator) in your rotator and someone else is promoting site AAA in their rotator, then both URL's will be treated as two completely different sites, when they are really both the same site. If the full proper URL's are used instead then both members promoting AAA will be working together, that way duplicate visitors can be used and sent to your other sites, and both members can save traffic.
